Welcome To Hillside Bakery

The mission is to build and strengthen relationships between AAA and its surrounding community through good food and fellowship! Hillside Bakery seeks to be an avenue for students to receive hands-on culinary education and real-world work experience. Please click on the link above to order your bakery items.

The order deadline each week is Monday at midnight and orders will be available for pickup Thursday between 10 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 10 am – 2:30 pm at the ABC store. Limited fresh stock will be available for purchase and all remaining items will be frozen for purchase Sunday-Tuesday.

We strongly believe in the quality of our product! Because of that, you can rest assured that our baked goods meet the following standards:

• Free of any preservatives, fillers, and additives.

• No high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.

• We sprout our own kernel wheat.

• Our whole wheat flour is ground fresh in our kitchen.

• Bleached flour is never one of our ingredients.

• We create and nurture our own starters.

• All of our savory breads are vegan friendly!

• We use pure maple syrup as our primary sweetener for the maple granola.

• We believe in full transparency when it comes to our ingredients. (Our ingredient list is coming soon!)
